Easy to use and fantastically practical - will save you money & stress

I have rung Auckland Transport multiple times to try and sort this terrible App - for those who get this to work - lucky you but never let your credit card be replaced because the App will not let you access your account via your myAT log on details to update it. No one has responded to my complaint yet.

I t us driving me mad it is not working to change cars. Try to take the nominated car out is coming back. After you deleted it

If I could give it zero stars I would. First it glitches when you try to log in to add account details and edit payment details and then says user error. Super slow loading and moving from page to page as well. So disappointing cause it would make parking so much easier.

I can only register , but I have the account already hence can not use the app. You can use their website and save it on your phones wallpaper works the same :)

If you drive away and get reminded about active session, then stop session you keep getting reminders every few minutes. This bug is super annoying.

But I’m currently sitting at the civic car park and the app isn’t working. Can’t pay for my carpark, can’t sign up on a different device. What the hell is the point? Don’t trap me in this hell hole underground carpark.

Have rented a rental car and registered it on AT Park, then was unable to delete this vehicle as the App says “unable to remove the last vehicle on App”, so I got charge when someone else drove this rental car into a car park in Auckland. What an illegal App and no it’s not a user error.

When the app is down they don’t help but rather hide behind the anonymity an app provides.

Just stuck in a loop logging in, can login fine on the website but even that is down half the time. Rubbish app.
