### *---- "Ντροπή για εφαρμογή Δημόσιας υπηρεσίας μεταφορών"
Η ψηφιακή δε λειτουργεί με το integrated nfc στα iPhone. Δεν έχει επιλογή “add to apple wallet” και χρειάζεται κάθε φορά να ανοίγεις την εφαρμογή.
Δεν λειτουργεί χωρίς internet ενώ σε πολλά σημεία των μηχανημάτων στο μετρό δεν πιάνει δεδομένα. Στον Κορυδαλλό για παράδειγμα κάνω προσευχές για να αναγνωρίσει την κάρτα. Και έχω καταργήσει τη φυσική. Πληρώνω μηνιαία κάρτα και τις μισές φορές αναγκάζομαι να μην τη χτυπήσω. Αν δεν ήσασταν έτοιμοι μη βγάζατε την εφαρμογή ή να μην δίνατε επιλογή να καταργηθεί η φυσική κάρτα. Ντροπή.

Δεν έχω ξαναδεί πιο άχρηστη εφαρμογή. Ακόμα και με την προσωποποιημένη κάρτα σου αν είναι ήδη φορτωμένη με διαδρομές, δεν μπορείς να τις χρησιμοποιήσεις, πρέπει να αγοράσεις υπόλοιπο μέσα από την εφαρμογή σονι και ντε. Δεν μπορείς να την χρησιμοποιήσεις αν δεν πιάνεις σήμα. Δεν μπαίνει wallet και οι πληρωμές μέσα στην εφαρμογή την καθιστούν δύσχρηστη και αργή χωρίς λόγο. Η καθυστέρηση πέραν των άλλων για να πατήσεις πάνω στην κάρτα και να την χτυπήσεις στα μηχανήματα είναι τουλάχιστον γελοία. Είναι μια ημιτελής εφαρμογή που δεν καταλαβαίνω τον λόγο ύπαρξης της.

stick to the regular tickets you can get at the station or your card. Do not download. I purchased the 1 month, in app says "unused" there is no way to switch to active. I sent an email no one has written back, I have asked in many stations for help and no one of them can help because it's not their responsibility. 😂😂 Just terrible.

-No offline operation (quite an interesting decision, especially when you have to scan the card while underground with minimal cell reception)
-No way to add a non personalized card if you had it for some time (it asks for a code that was printed only on the receipt you got when it was first issued…)
-There is delay to re-scan the card, which given how unreliable the scanning machines are makes no sense

Good effort overall but it is way behind other similar apps in europe..! start by adding the card in Apple / Google wallet and allow for payments through Apple/ G pay. only then will the card be worthy.

My first attempt to top up my card via online banking was unsuccessful. Then I couldn't purchase the product, but I did manage to top up the card with an amount equal to the cost of a monthly pass. But then I couldn't transfer funds to the product, and I didn't have time to do so, because the metro automatically charged me for one ride without even registering it at the entrance!

While the convenience of the application cannot be understated there are several gaps in the implementation for this to make sense on a daily basis.

Here are those gaps in no particular order
- 100% online requirement is just a bad design choice, especially considering that most metro stations on the entire network do not have 3G let alone 4G/5G signal
- Having the connection with Apple or Google Wallet would get rid of this requirement and considering that this app makes the entire system 99% ready for that one can only hope that that’s the next step (as doubtful as that may be)
- No Apple Pay, Google Pay or any other modern payment options. The in app browser redirect is not something that should be present in an app like this (yes I understand that there may be a contract with a payment provider but this could easily be resolved as well by forwarding the details to them in an encrypted way without having to have the app load a browser interface)
- Whoever added the delay/reload on the reusability of the card when scanned at a terminal should not design front-end features for a living. As Apple doesn’t place a hard limit per minute on NFC usage
- No multi-device session, which just doesn’t make any sense if I have more than one phone why can’t I sign-in at the same time on both?

Η εφαρμογή αντί να διευκολύνει τους επιβάτες τους ταλαιπωρεί. Τις μισές φορές δεν ανοίγει τις εισόδους στο μετρό ή αργεί λόγω έλλειψης ίντερνετ να φορτώσει η κάρτα. Εγώ που είμαι δικαιούχος για δωρεάν κομιστρο μου βγάζει πολύ συχνά ανεπαρκές υπόλοιπο και αναγκάζομαι να χρησιμοποιώ την τραπεζική κάρτα..

Για υπηρεσία που πληρώνουμε, η ποιότητα της εφαρμογής είναι απογοητευτική. Η συνολική εμπειρία δείχνει προϊόν που βγήκε στην πράξη χωρίς testing, αφού η κάρτα αποτυγχάνει μόνιμα σε τραμ και στο μετρό δεν λειτουργεί με συνέπεια. Παράλληλα, τα συχνά κολλήματα της εφαρμογής επιβαρύνουν ακόμα περισσότερο τη χρήση. Χρειάζονται άμεσα διορθώσεις και υποστήριξη για Apple Wallet.

Πολύ καλή προσπάθεια αλλά , αρχικά πολύ έγκριση με OTP. Ακόμα και νέα άτομα που έχουν επαφή με τα κινητά , θα βαρεθούν να κάνουν έγκριση από Μέιλ σε μέιλ για κάθε ενέργεια. Πόσο μάλλον ηλικιωμένοι…! Από εκεί και πέρα οπωσδήποτε η ενσωμάτωση σε Apple Walet ! Αν είναι να μπω εφαρμογή να κάνω Scan.. κλάφτα.

### *---- "Ηλεκτρονική πληρωμή εισιτηρίου μέσω κινητού"
Μετά την τελευταία ενημέρωση της πλατφόρμας (τέλος Απριλίου 2026) δεν μπορώ να κάνω χρήση της εφαρμογής! Μου αναφέρει πως δεν έχω σήμα -που έχω- κι πρέπει να κλείσω το κινητό μου. Ήδη χρειάζεται να περάσουν 13 ημέρες για να κλείσει ο μήνας για να κάνω νέα κάρτα όπως παλιότερα με μηνιαία συνδρομή, γιατί πρέπει έχω βρεθεί στην ανάγκη ενώ έχω μπει στο μετρό, για να βγω να αναγκαστώ να πληρώσω με πιστωτική κάρτα για να φύγω απ τις παρέα εξόδου!
Απαράδεκτη κατάσταση!
Την λειτουργώ αυτή τη διαδικασία κοντά στο χρόνο, πάει προς το χειρότερο!
Υποχρεωνόμαστε να ξανά μπω στη διαδικασία της αιωνόβιας υπομονής για να περιμένω με τις ώρες για να εκδώσω υπό πληρωμή στα γκισέ!
Μας εγκλωβίζεται πηγαίνοντας μας προς τα  πίσω!
Δείχνεται την ΑΝΙΚΑΝΟΤΗΤΑ ΣΑΣ 
Ελπίζω να δείτε σύντομα τα σχόλια κι να κάνετε ΑΜΕΣΑ διορθώσεις στο σύστημα 
 ΥΓ το κινητό μου είναι iPhone 11 και το αναφέρω μήπως το πρόβλημα είναι μόνο σ αυτή την εκδοχή κινητών

Δεν είναι συμβατή με το wallet και ειλικρινά απλά κάνει τη ζωή σου δύσκολη. Αν μετά θες να τη διαγράψεις σου βγαίνει η πίστη. Είναι scam.

Η εφαρμογή θέλει αρκετή δουλειά. Η κάρτα δεν λειτουργεί με την επιδότηση ανέργων και δεν υπάρχει πουθενά το πεδίο για επαναφόρτιση με επιδότηση ανεργίας. 

Πρέπει οπωσδήποτε να μπει στο apple wallet γιατί η εφαρμογή τις μισές φορές δεν λειτουργεί ή κολλάει.

Δεν υπάρχει η δυνατότητα να μπει στο Wallet και χωρίς σήμα ή εφαρμογή δεν άνοιγε. Πρέπει με σήμα να έχεις ανοίξει την εφαρμογή για να μπορέσεις να χρησιμοποιήσεις μετά και χωρίς σήμα.
