## Audyssey MultEQ Editor app Description
De nieuwste Denon Marantz audio- en videoproducten maken gebruik van Audyssey MultEQ voor een eenvoudige, nauwkeurige set-up kalibratie van uw systeem afgesteld op de kamer waarin het wordt gebruikt. Maar nu kan u verder gaan met de Audyssey MultEQ Editor app, en kan u “onder de motorkap” kijken om de instellingen voor gedetailleerde afstelling te bekijken en te wijzigen - hierdoor kan u het geluid nauwkeurig aanpassen aan specifieke problemen in uw kamer, en kan u het geluid naar uw persoonlijke voorkeur aanpassen. Met deze uitgebreide app kan u de kracht van Audyssey MultEQ gebruiken om volledige controle te hebben over het geluid van uw thuisbioscoop.

Met deze app kan u: 
• De resultaten van de luidsprekerdetectie bekijken om te controleren of de installatie correct is
• Voor-en-na-resultaten bekijken van de Audyssey kalibratie, kamerproblemen worden hierdoor makkelijk geïdentificeerd
• De Audyssey doelcurve voor elk kanaalpaar bewerken naar smaak
• De algemene EQ-frequentie roll-off voor elk kanaalpaar bewerken
• Schakelen tussen 2 roll-off doelcurves met hoge frequentie
• Compensatie voor middentonen In-/Uitschakelen om het geluid helderder of zachter te maken
• Kalibratieresultaten opslaan en laden

Om te werken, vereist deze app specifieke hardware in uw product: controleer dubbel of uw Denon of Marantz model wordt ondersteund - zie onderstaande lijst - voor uw aankoop.

•Meertalige ondersteuning (Engels, Frans, Duits, Spaans, Nederlands, Italiaans, Zweeds, Japans, Vereenvoudigd Chinees, Russisch, Pools. De taalinstelling van het besturingssysteem wordt automatisch gedetecteerd. Als deze niet beschikbaar is, wordt Engels geselecteerd.)

It was never great. Its not worth the purchase. Nowadays it doesn't even work at all anymore.  It can communicate to the Marantz AV during the whole process only to keep failing on actually sending and activating your measurements. Avoid this and just use your AVR!

### ****- "Essential app with your Marantz AVR"
First off, the app itself deserves 5 stars and is a very usefull tool to to tailor the soubd of your AVR to your room and your personal preference.

I deducted 1 star, because this app should have been free, given the cost of the audio equipment it is designed for.

Regular Audyssey setup is quite low on bass, which is not ideal for (rock) music, giving a thin, mid heavy sound. Pure direct goes the other way, not compensating for room dynamics giving booming bass.

The app does take some time to get to know and tweaking your sound takes quite some time. But when you’ve nailed it: so much better than standard setup.

Highly recommended even at this price.

People beware,

This app uses a roll off on the subwoofers. When using the AVR directly with Audyssey the roll off is not present. Using a subwoofer correction only was the main reason why I bought this app. DIRAC LIVE users can use more features with their app which measures more accurately than this app. The potential is there with the MultEQ app, but in this stage it’s just not good.

Nice app, way overpriced in my opinion as it lacks a read or download option from your AVR you can tweak settings and upload to AVR but not read them from AVR. You have to run audessey first trough the app ... That’s a big miss.
