I got one for my mom a couple Christmas ago. She loves it and got a second one for cottage. Kids just got me one. I LOVE IT

Love the frame, and the app is super easy to upload photos and change settings such as timing, positioning etc. great way to share photos to a specific frame.

I think the latest update cannot resize pictures properly. I cannot make a portrait picture into landscape anymore

Opens and immediately crashes. Unusable which sucks when you’ve paid so much for the frame.

I purchased this frame so that my mother can follow her great granddaughter pictorially from her birth on. We have now AA1 accumulated 6 months of photos and videos for her on it. I do this from 100 miles away and from any where I travel too. While it is very hard for her to see her in person she truly feels that great grandmother connection. She looks for new photos daily and easily scrolls through them. She is not well, 85 years of age and not a techie. This frame has certainly brought much needed purpose and joy in her life daily . Thanks to your awesome tech

This is probably the best birthday present a mom can ever get. My kids can send pics straight to my frame and I can experience their joys with them ❤️

The frame randomly decided to stop connecting to our wifi. Multiple factory resets later and every other solution I can find and nothing works. So now I have an expensive paperweight. This is what I get for buying a picture frame that doesn’t have a memory card slot. Didn’t even last a year.
