Worse fkn app and the most useless company I’ve ever seen, not even specific with their informations

Does what it needs to do

Why is it all so difficult ?, you created the app to make our lives “easier”. But it’s set up to send you in circles until you give up. Australia Post have the money to fix the app ,while we don’t have a choice but to be frustrated and let down.

Slow, no shipping updates at all in a week

You need to update your app more better & faster! Also you should provide WHAT delivery company has our parcel so if something happens to it we can contact the delivery company (speaking for nz)

The watch app doesn’t let you read status messages, and an error in a recent update prevents me from viewing package details at all. Specifically, when tapping on a package I see an error message: “We made some updates. If you are seeing this message, please force close and r...” The message cannot be scrolled, so I’m not entirely sure what it’s asking me to do. I force closed the app and rebooted my watch and phone, but the message still appears. I also tried reinstalling the watch app, but this didn’t help either.

Australia post still number one all the way

Bought a Christmas gift for my son but did not expect it yo be delivered before Christmas. It got delivered on 23rd afternoon just in time to keep under the Christmas tree. Thank you AUS post for all the hard work and effort .
