The app is so painfully slow. The dial turns and turns and nothing happens when I try to access anything beyond the summary menu.

This has to be the worst app I have ever used. I am never able to login, it gives me an error message ‘Something went wrong on our end. Please try again later.’ I have done all the required updates and still not able to access my account via the app.

Every time I log in I get logged out within 5 seconds. Updated, reinstalled. Like their customer service, useless.

Won’t load. No error message. No info from Aus Super explaining outage. Just rude.

Everything was fine until now. I’ve been using the app for years & the Member direct portal in particular since late last year. An update this weekend has just mangled my user experience of memberdirect. It’s a struggle now to find my shares with any ease & seemingly impossible to view these investments “live”. Total disappointment at what looks at face value as a retrograde move.

This app has been performing really badly for a very long time, yet there appears to be no improvement in its performance. The website recommends using it, but the app should be removed completely until it works properly. Continual apologies are useless. It is clearly a waste of time.

I’ve tried deleting the app three times now and I can’t get it to load up my account details. I’m fine using my MacBook but the app is a non-starter. Would be great to receive some customer support.

After my previous review blasting Australian Super’s app and, in particular, their poor communications, I was contacted by an Australian Super representative who apologised for the original problem, explained that it had been caused by a technical issue and asked if the app is now working properly, which it is. He also gave me a direct phone number for Choice pension-mode super inquiries. I feel reassured but did suggest to the representative that Australian Super should focus more on person to person contact than app-based chat bots and other AI ‘tools’. I was impressed that Australian Super got in touch very quickly after reading my review. I’ll continue to use the app because I find it very useful - so long as it keeps working properly.

I’ve been trying for a month now to access the App and it keeps saying it has encountered a problem and logged me out.
