So tricky, pls refund

I downloaded Yr app on 21/10/23 because it is free. But the App pop out for payment procedure of Lifetime subscription and I think it is the way to get the free version. Pls refund the HK$488 to me as I only want it if it is free. I hv already required refund through Apple but request is refused. Pls be fair to me that I just paid it by accidentally. Thanks! I did the refund by Apple system in 2 times, but unfortunately, it was rejected due to "Not eligible for refund". Then I called Apple for assistance to apply for a refund again by phone back and forth, asking them to do it again by system and manually 3 times already with your replied email as a supporting document. The result is still the same and cannot be refunded. Apple said this is the final status for the refund. I acknowledge that app developers may have limited control over the refund process, and I appreciate your willingness to guide me in the right direction. I understand that Apple ultimately handles the refund process, but as the creator of Authenticator, your input and support are crucial in helping me navigate through this situation.

Fake App

First of all, it asked for review even before starting to use it. I somehow skipped that closing this app. And then started using it. I added several websites for codes. Next day, when I came back for a code, the list was empty. I wrote a feedback to their mail and got no response. Then I added one website this time just to check, I didn’t do anything wrong. And yes. It happened again. I the list was empty. Then I again added another one. Closed the app and opened it right away. But still the list was empty. I was wondering, how it got so many 5 stars and then I remembered, it asks for 5 star review even before starting using it.

You asked me for a review I didn’t ask you to give one so here we go. Evidently you have no earthly idea how I loath being asked to write a review immediately after I open the app. This may very well be an excellent app, but you asked me for review before I even had a chance to try it so now you got a one star review instead of probably maybe a three or four star review but remember like I said… YOU Ask ME, I did not ask you if I could give a review. So there you have it. You probably just screwed yourself. So care to give me a review on that? I didn’t think so so set the timer back a tad and let people try your app before you ask for a review my God are you that hard up for reviews if you are maybe I should delete this app.

Locked out

I can not log into it. I have tried all the passwords I have ever used. Doesn’t have an option to reset. Waiste of time and money. Terrible product
