After update app is crashed

Hi guys I just downloaded the app & followed the instructions as per advised but there was no option for the lifetime $00 advertised offer to select which is confusing. Does the download automatically default to the lifetime $00 subscription? I deleted and reinstalled to double check but again the advertised lifetime $00 subscription offer was not available as an option. When you get a moment can you please ensure that all downloads are in the $00 lifetime subscription as per advertised and we don’t receive unexpected fees? Thank you for your help. I will delete the app until I hear back from you. I have also sent email to your support.

For starters you can’t even add an account without paying you can use it for 3 days if you do the free trial but after that it’s pointless I tried to use it but it’s not better then a free one such as the google authentication app I understand that some people have accounts not compatible with it but for me this app is useless

So I downloaded the app on April 13th, set it all up, got the free lifetime promo, so I thought it was all good & didn’t get a chance to check it out until today. Updated the app & straight away the paywall came up, I clicked on restore purchases & it says I don’t have a subscription now. What kind of business takes back what they offered? What kind of business practices is your company doing? Doesn’t seem too legit after I too did some digging, absolutely atrocious & incredulous. Uninstalling app after this, what a waste of time & they collected my info.

The latest update has added a "restore purchase" button and is now functioning correctly. Good app... I'll be watching to make sure it continues to work through future updates.

Easy to use and setup. Great app that I highly recommend.
