I'm reaching out because I accidentally downloaded the Authenticator app and I'd like to request a refund. I didn't intend to purchase the app, and I'd appreciate your assistance in processing a refund as soon as possible. Downloaded by mistake

I downloaded this on accident and it isn’t clear at all when requesting payment.. I asked for a refund which is still pending, if not accepted I will continue to request refund until one is granted.. this app is clearly only there to trick people into subscribing… absolutely ridiculous.

Be warned.

This app is a scam connected to GoDaddy. Do not use either one. It throws you in loops spending hours wasting your time. In the end you have to pay $50 to continue just to throw you back to the beginning.

I accidentally downloaded this app instead of the Microsoft authentication app of my college. I paid $55, that was accident too. And then later I realized I downloaded the wrong app, so when I emailed and request for refund, they replied me by saying I am not eligible for refund. Very disappointing and frustrating

It’s say you can unsubscribe anytime how come i got billed for a year.

Don’t sign up on this. When I signed up it says you I can cancel anytime but i got billed the whole year I only even had it for less than a week.

Do not download this app. I accidentally signed up for a trial when I opened the app without even a glimpse of what the app looked like because it popped up and I mindlessly did auto pay. I’ve been trying to contact them for AGES but they won’t let you sign in to any of your accounts, or give you a direct contact for anyone. Will be disputing this with my bank if I am still unable to contact them - awful customer service.
