NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. ***I will write a conclusion at the end of the paragraph if you want to know the reason without reading the entire story*** My personal experience is that I have been signed up for this services and waited for 3 weeks to get my account activated while I was uber driver for 6 months before the signing up date. Finally they figured out the technical issues and they assigned a car with XXXX-000 plates number, Which I registered on Uber app. then when I went to pick up the car it has a different plate number like XXXX-085. I reached the original car but it didn’t open up, I wasn’t able to find the other car as the instructions in the parking lot were vague. I wasn’t able to get a prompt support for an issue like that and the time was counting on me without getting in the car. After a long time of waiting without getting any replies I had to cancel the booking after 11 minutes of starting the booking without getting in any car. After moving around the parking lot looking for the car which was parked in a totally different parking spot. I got frustrated and closed my booking as I can’t use a different car than what is registered on my Uber app this is would risk my account and it goes against Uber T&Cs. Then I tried to make new booking here the system refused my request as it seems to be a conflict with an existing booking. After 11 minutes of not using the car I was charged for 85 dollars. After 48 minutes, I received a phone call from the customer support after they listened and understood the situation they promised a refund. Here’s the surprise, they held the money as a credit on my account for the future use. Which I don’t have any plans to have this experience again. *** In conclusion I was charged $85 for using the app not the car for 11 minutes!***
I am amazed at this chaste and clean company in customer service. They helped me because it was the first time I used the application. I faced many problems. They helped me. Rather, they did. They were serious. I respect every individual within this company. All love and appreciation to you😉👍🏻
They give credit but never apply to your bill , they charge with something which you have never caused , but cant proof it
No fault damages are not insured at eight hundred per windshield, and are not covered warranty.
Any minor dents or scratches due to day to day driving will somehow be billed to you even if they have no prove you caused them
They can hold on to your money even after you stop using their service. Do not use this. It’s a scam!

App not working just keep telling to update the app even though there isn’t any update
I have an incident which effect my daily source of income so I have downloaded Autzu and they put numbers of cars in my account but the inconvenience occur when one of their cars result in expired safety certificates causes my Uber account blocked for 5 days so this app is so useless which takes my bread butter for 5 business days I lost my job and relying on Uber so this is so scary
