Final update. Again, I am told to use a link that does not work. I have used countless hours. All could have been solved smoothly if Avast had a hotline, not a dropdown menu that ends with having to make call that the user must pay for. I will take my loss, about 100 USD, not including the cost for a new credit card. Closing the incident. But now have been deducted more than USD 100. Contacting Avast is a nightmare, sending a email is no longer an option. I can call but I need to pay for the call. AVAST er sikkert udmærket, men hele tiden skal man købe en ny “afdeling” for at være beskyttet. Køb dit, køb dat. Det koster jo mere end kr 1000,00 pr år. Ewii hvor jeg har mit internet igennem, tilbyder nu en GRATIS pakke. Ok, jeg skulle have nyt modem. Men det er jo det mindste, og nu er jeg og husstanden sikret. AVAST lukker jo ikke venner, der er hacket eller på anden måde inficeret ude. Hele tiden kommer der på Facebook venneanmodninger fra venner jeg ER venner med. Og pludselig søger jeg så venskaber, uden at Ane hvordan det sker. Derfor har jeg opsagt det hele hos AVAST. NOGET HAR JEG STADIG ET HALVT ÅR ENDNU. PLUDSELIG KAN JEG SÅ FÅ DET TILBUDT TIL HALV PRIS.
