## Aviva DigiCare+ Description
The Aviva DigiCare+ app can help you and your family prevent, detect and manage health and wellbeing problems directly from your phone.



The app offers a range of complimentary health and wellbeing benefits provided by Square Health and other carefully selected partners (some optional benefits may incur a charge). 
It’s available to customers who have taken out an Aviva Personal Protection policy (excluding Simple Life Insurance) 
 
What’s included with the Aviva DigiCare+ app?
•	Digital GP: Unlimited online GP consultations for you and your family, available 24/7 365 days a year through the app. Speak to qualified, experienced practitioners whenever you need them. 
•	Nutrition support: Advice on improving your eating habits as part of a healthier lifestyle.
•	Mental health support: Expert consultations and advice that’s tailored for you.
•	Second medical opinion: Get another expert medical opinion on your diagnosis and treatment plan.
•	Bereavement support: Practical and emotional help during those difficult times when a loved one passes away.
•	Physiotherapy consultations: To help get you back after injury as quickly as possible (available to customers with an Aviva Income Protection+ policy).
•	Personal Trainer Service: Expert-led sessions each year to support wellbeing and encourage an active lifestyle. 
•	Annual health check: A test for 20 different health markers for the following risk areas; diabetes, liver, kidney, bone, gout, proteins and cholesterol. The Health check is a chargeable service. 
•	Bupa Anytime Healthline: Everyday health support with unlimited phone calls 24/7

This service has been so perfect for me this weekend. Getting tonsillitis, at the weekend, when gps are closed is so frustrating. I didn’t want to have to sit in a walk in centre for hours, feeling unwell, so being able to book a private online GP appointment , and have my symptoms discussed and a prescription written in just 10 minutes was amazing

This app constantly crashes on the latest versions of iOS and iPADOS (tested on multiple devices), even before entering my credentials. Emailed support on 18th Jan, it’s now 19th Feb and the issue still not fixed.

Finally filled all forms in and saved it, then took me back to the beginning asking to fill my details on again. Total waste of time!
