Unable to login to my account from last one month In this world of digitalisation this services should be up to date … very disappointing

Just got the new version. It’s good, much much better than the old. The portfolio section can have red and green to show profits/losses like before. Spacing between stocks can be a bit more. The charts of stocks are not easily understandable

Out of 10 times accessing the application, more than 7 times showing wrong data in portfolio. Very poor data handling.

After current update app is unable to load and at login nothing works neither Biometric login nor password typing is working.

The app takes forever to login; this used to be better but started taking a very long time. Due to this I’ve to place orders on other trading platform. This is a very bad experience.

Data is not loading. I am unable to buy or sell any stock from last 3 hrs. And this is happening almost thrice in a week. Going to transfer all shares to Groww App and closing this demat account.

The app is barely functional. I’ve requested a basic account statement at least 5 times and just not received it, either automatically or via manual assistance. They also bombard users with spam calls trying to force and pester users into trades. It would be better if they spent their time and money actually making this app work.

The new update doesn’t work on IOS. Takes 5-6 mins to access login page and the app keeps shutting down. Please rectify this update or bring the old app back. At least that used to work…

App on IOS is not loading at all. The new interface is missing many features like stock sip etc.
