It’s funny that I need to login again using OTP each time I access this app. I logged in by giving username, password and OTP and switched to another apps and came back in 5 seconds…boom.. it’s asking me to type username, password and OTP again.

The reason to choose Max is that it alert us even after death to pay the premiums, really so helpful. It surrenders the policies itself and don’t even bother you for this. Really wonderful. It always see that you get max single digit returns and so on nnnnn

Loading a web page inside mobile is not called mobile app. When back button is pressed, ending up on the home page and need to login again. On top of that each time you open the app it needs to be logged in. Feels like this app is in stone age in comparison to other apps such as TATAAIA.

I recently purchased life insurance from max Life JV axis bank , however post payment there is no progress in policy completion, despite multiple calls/emails/sevice representatives discussions still i discovered no closure on policy update. There is utter flop mechanism within max life , no one really cares what happens user services. Customer satisfaction is far way fro max life team. I really regret choosing max Life as my life insurance provider. I won’t recommend to anyone or I will continue further down with max life.
