Tried to pay a bill. Retrieved my outstanding due. Refreshed again minutes later and it said NO OUTSTANDING due. So I couldn’t make any payment. Kept showing no outstanding even when I kept refreshing. About to contact the billing org, then suddenly it shows the outstanding again. I hastily made payment before AXS could prevent me from making payment. 

Also, limited payment options. Not having PayNow in this day and age is insane. This alone should rank you at the bottom of payment apps, which I suppose is the case.

Every time trying to pay CC using eNETs sure failed a few times. Even bank already authorized the access and the app just hanged without moving to payment steps. It says pending and you can’t do anything have to wait for 10 mins or so. Damn stupid design and process. Looking for other option to pay instead of this time wasting idiotic app.
