Ease of use
Fast claim processing
Not functional
Both the app and the website are not functioning. I am currently trying to set up my profile which it asks me to do every time I login on the app. When I login on the website the screen goes blank??? Is your team working on this as I have 250 to spend w my work benefits
Unable to Submit Claim
This app is not functional right now. It’s impossible to submit a claim. Even when it was working, they make it far more difficult then other group benefit or HSA providers I’ve used.
Fixed Nothing
Horrible experience. App crashes non stop.Took me 20 minutes to submit a claim.
No Financial Institution shown in Dropdown
There is no option to select Financial institution to add my Bank Account. Please fix this issue
