App doesn’t work after entering city during check in

To be honest it’s much better than it used to be. It uses to be horrible until now. Today I didn’t get frustrated. Nice improvements. Although you still don’t have an option for oversized baggage (sports items) and you can buy the “add check-in baggage” but it doesn’t count towards your sports equipment and you can’t get a refund…

App não tem opção pra usar crédito azul, não consegue fazer checkin se não selecionar assento “espaço azul”. Tudo isso pra extrair mais dinheiro dos consumidores. Uma vergonha.

I don’t know where to begin, or where to end. Try using this app to book a flight, impossible, asked except cookies, which blocks you to do anything on the app. Cannot register, recognise postcodes, tells me I don’t have an Internet connection, doesn’t accept vouchers, et cetera. Congratulations you have created the worst app I have ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever used.

O APP assim como o site nunca funcionam!! Impossível fazer compra, vive com instabilidade!! Diferente dos apps e sites da Latam e gol que funcionam maravilhosamente bem!!

The app is very glitchy and buggy, full of errors never works properly. Azul isn’t a good airline no wonder the share price has plummeted so low.

Apos tentar inumeras vezes adicionar meu numero Tudo Azul sem sucesso, desisti e comprei a passagem no app como visitante! :(
