## B-Trust Mobile Reviews in Болгария

### *---- "Government digital signatures are from hell"
Better than Evrotrust but still extremely buggy. I bought a subscription TWICE and it still says I have a free plan

Don’t get me wrong, this is the best digital signature app for Bulgaria.
-- Ivoooo___, 2026-10-06

### ***** "Mr Kunchev"
Ok
-- Hristo Kunchev Petrov, 2026-09-08

### ***** "Simple"
Straight and easy
-- Raed Misho, 2026-08-06

### *---- "Face recognition"
The 3D face recognition is highly compromised
-- Ivailo Angelov, 2026-08-04

### *---- "Inadequate application and developers"
I’ve tried 50 times facial recognition and it failed every time. It return me back to the startup page and every time I lose 20min to take another take. At least they can try to implement functionality that allows to take another take without going to the whole process. Because of this app I couldn’t write out my document for a new apartment. Highly don’t recommend this app. Developer must do a better job !!!!!!
-- KNASTEV, 2026-07-27

### *---- "Registration"
I can’t finish my registration
-- GrinchyGrinch7, 2026-07-24

### ***** "Чудесен"
Чудесен!
-- Human ski, 2026-07-06

### *---- "Not user friendly"
Not user friendly
-- Boyan-sf, 2026-06-17

### ****- "Notifications"
After the latest updates, the app is not sending notifications on the lock screen. You need to log in to the app to see pending signature requests.
