I specified that I want to learn Spanish in order to talk with friends, for travels or for living in a foreign country. And the first lesson is about tracking numbers and customer service... I kind of expecting to start learning how to ask my friends about their day...
Best app to learn a new language. I’m a paid customer and this app deserves every cent.

Tried one subscription free trial and got fined for the whole year. ~90$ subscription which I do not use, or like. I requested a refund 1st day I was charged, and Apple denied the refund. I can’t believe two such big companies are operating like this. I will address the EU clients rights system, and stop all Apple products in my house, with their other subscriptions ( macs, iPhones, watches, apple pay.. ) . This is disgusting, I have to pass such stress, in this unfair situation! Shame!
Easy to use and nice to work with
The only complaint I have is that whenever the “Fill the blanks” section pops up, I do not have the option of hitting the space bar on the keypad, therefore unintentionally making a mistake. It is not that big of a deal, but it does not give me the option of correcting the phrase whenever I’m tracking my progress. Would be great if you would fix it :)
It is by far the best app for learning a new language. I study spanish.
This helps your learn a language pretty easy using simple and day to day examples, a little bit a grammar and fun exercises. I love it and recommend it!
Add more live sessions.
I really enjoy using babbel. It has a friendly interface and it deals with all the aspect of the language: speaking, listening, writing, vocabulary, grammar, information and interesting info about the culture , games and review to make it stick. I think it’s great for starters - it can be overwhelming the first lessons but then it’s almost fun ⭐️🧠
