In 2023 I cancelled my Babbel subscription and deleted the app. Now I saw (my fault for not checking earlier) that babbel kept on charging me in 6 months Intervalls. I never received an invoice from them and I cancelled more than a year ago. Their AI chatbot is a joke and I was not able to speak to an agent.
Reading the reviews I thought this would be a good purchase. Half of the lessons wouldn’t even load, and some of the pages weren’t working at all. Super disappointing. I found another app now that I’m obsessed with.
Millions and millions of people around the world speak Arabic. Arabic is also the language of the 1.9 billion Muslims around the world. More and more people want to learn Arabic. PLEASE add Arabic.
When trying to do speaking tasks starts, but before I speak it abruptly finishes. Afterwards I contact customer support and they were unable to fix the bug, they gave me so many suggestions but none of them worked . Although for the rest of the language app it’s very good and encourages memorisation of vocab with interactive games.
Signing up and logging in is so complicated. I deleted it before even starting up.
Ot is the best app that I have ever tried so far to learn a language. Way better than Duolingo and similar applications.

I wanted to learn Chinese so I downloaded this app because ppl say it’s good but as soon as I opened the app I wanted to choose the language but there was no Chinese,I wanted to learn Korean and Japanese as well but they are not one of the options 😭”I was exited”
I was watching some YouTube videos by the author Robert Greene and he mentioned that he learned many languages through this app. I gave it a try just for the fun of it, and I think it simplifies learning a new language! I’m on my 7 days trial and I will definitely subscribe inshallah💞
I like studying German here but i wanted to swap to Spanish and wow! i have to pay for one more course. It’s not cheap, but purchasing a subscription you’re subscribed only to one language. Disappointed :(
