There's nothing to figure out or calculate here. Fill in a short questionnaire and the app creates a meal plan tailored exactly to your goal, weight, and taste. Every day your meals are ready with recipes, and the macros and calories are handled for you.

What you'll find in the app:
• A 7-day meal plan tailored to your goal, weight, and taste
• 175 meals with step-by-step recipes
• Recipes from 10 bestselling cookbooks, included in your plan for free
• Swap any meal with a single tap when something doesn't suit you
• Apple Health sync: steps, calories burned, and workouts
• Activity rings and a reward after your workout

No photographing your food. No food diary. No calorie tables. Open the app and you instantly know what to eat today.

Premium unlocks the full week of meal plans, all recipes, meal swaps, and consultations.

Premium is an auto-renewable subscription (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple account. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage and cancel it in your App Store settings.
