I just bought the Beoplay EQ and the app doesn't work anymore with it. every time I try to connect to it the app crashes and quits. Submitted a bug report and support request a week ago but all they said to restart, update phone etc which I have done all of it and still doesn't work. It worked fine with E8 before. very annoying

Love my Beoplay A1 but unfortunately the speaker won’t update because the speaker goes into standby mode before the app can finish updating the speaker, making the update impossible. Expected a bit better from B&O to be honest.

It is very sad that no attention has been paid to using the VoiceOver screen reader for The blind in this app. because the app does not conform to accessibility standards, it is impossible to use for someone with a severe sight imperment. Have to purchasing a pair of H 100 headphones. I cannot control most of the system using the app and thus fail very disappointed.

I used to listen to Times Radio via the B&O app but since about three months it no longer works, i.e. after 2.5 minutes there is a 15-20 pause then after a further 5 minutes it turns off completely.  I have reported this to B&O but they have been no help at all.

### **--- "A glitchy and low quality replacement for my gen1"
This gen2 speaker does not have the same sound quality as the gen 1. A thinner less defined sound, in the the same ball park as many other cheap speakers. 
The gen 1 was more expensive, which I presume accounts for the higher quality sound. It was deeper and had more tonal range.

There are some glitches with connection to iOS. When listening to music, incoming calls disable the Bluetooth and hard to get the speaker to play again.

I had very high hopes for these earphones. However, since I’ve been wearing them I’ve experienced inconsistent performance. Despite being charged in the case, together at the same time, one side often runs out of power before the other. Also, the battery life is extremely short. 3 hours is about the best I get. They’re okay for a dog walk, but not recommended for travel.

Initially the instructions for restring and reconnecting were very difficult to find online. Emailing the help centre resulted in directions being sent to me which did work however the edt earbud is not working again no matter how many times I follow their directions. For the hassle this has caused me, I really regret buying these earbuds and would never buy a B&O product again. 

There are now 4 different sets of directions to reset the earbuds, none of which work.
