New version is useless

Can’t see the food and drink outlets. Rewards mean nothing to me. What happened to the $ rewards. Can’t find any info anywhere.

New app

New version of the app kicked me out, lost my points and gave me a new number and I can’t fix.

Membership expiry

The app is missing basic information such as the membership expiration date

MY REWARDS DISAPPEARED!!!

It was my birthday in March so I knew I had to use the $15 voucher before it expired on the 29th, so I did, which left about $10 remaining. I arrived at the Sports Club today and opened the app only to find $0.00 in my account. THAT IS NOT FAIR, return my money. Is this how you treat all your regulars? Outrageous

Disappointed app.

Bankstown sports member app works reasonably well, but not very good with iPhones. The screen goes dark! The page screens within the app don’t show some of the when used within Bankstown sports or associated venues!

Stop signing me out!!

Works when it it wants too but STOP SIGNING ME OUT!! Why?

App crashes every time

App crashes every time it’s opened and turned the screen on 100% brightness for no reason. Not able to be used until this is fixed.

Crashing.. doesn’t load up

App crashes after signing into your membership account doesn’t work passed the point of asking for a location

My App Keeps Crashing

I was able to sign up for an account, paid for it, but now after when I try to sign in, it continually crashes after prompting for push notifications and location services. I can’t get into the account at all. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app completely multiple times and it still won’t work.
