- Create single or multi-use virtual cards and keep your regular card details safe 
- Manage payment limits, PayTo agreements and payment history 
- Lock, replace or activate your card, and change your card PIN 
- Get notifications of unusual activity to help stay safe from scams and fraud. 

Manage your money. 
- Keep track of your subscriptions and upcoming payments within a single view 
- See your net balance, next repayment date and key account details for your home loan or credit card 
- Track how much interest you’ve saved with offsets 
- Search property values to help stay across the market. 

Customise your banking. 
- Nickname accounts so they’re easier to recognise 
- Reorder accounts on your app home screen 
- Search payments, features, transactions and support articles in seconds 
- Message us in the app anytime and get notified when we reply.

Monitoring of fraud and scams: Our systems can monitor for unusual activity. We may be in touch with you if we detect something unusual across your accounts, so make sure your contact details are up-to-date. We encourage customers to monitor their accounts.  

We protect you from losses due to unauthorised transactions on personal and business accounts when you have complied with our terms and conditions, and neither you nor any authorised user on your behalf have contributed to the loss.  

This means that if you do have a loss resulting from an unauthorised transaction in Bankwest Online Banking (including the Bankwest App), we may be able to reimburse you the full amount of any funds lost.

Having moved from CommBank, I’m missing the features of their app. BankWest app is clunky and missing multiple features, that I’d have expected, given they are both the same company. Also, home loan payments don’t auto adjust or update when substantial additional payments are made. And regular payments for home-loans cannot be adjusted through the app

Weeks ago we got a notice that they’re having issues with PIN and Face ID sign ins. It’s not resolved yet, getting into your online banking is inconvenient especially in a rush. If you want to go all digital, at least do that efficiently.

Try searching for a transaction from more than a week ago, that's a negative. You can only search for recent transactions silly. 
Get to scrolling or download a statement, just export it in your chosen format. Oh no that's other banks, here it's pdf or pdf, good luck.

Auto reoccurring payments yes we can but keep checking on them because they could stop at any time despite the initial settings, sorry about the difficult conversations with your land lord etc.

Since a recent update FaceID no longer works. Says TouchID / FaceID unavailable whenever I go to login. It’s been like this for around 2 weeks. I’ve tried toggling the enable FaceID setting - no luck
