Not worth the download
You have to pay money to get any content, really not worth it.
Offline maps is an in-app purchase
The whole point of this app, as is mentioned in the title of the app, is the offline maps. Annoying this is offered as an in-app purchase. It may as well be a non-free app. Probably a good app if you have data, although if I had data I wouldn't be downloading an "offline maps" app.
