Barcodes: Loyalty Card Wallet

Very frustrating tried everything not working , need a refund.

After trying several well known/recommended stocard replacements, this is simply the best. Beautiful aesthetic, modern UI, pleading to use, creates beautifully looking loyalty cards that can be synced to Apple wallet already with most of the retailer store logos (like stockades used to). I love the option of paying one time (although I wish it were a bit cheaper considering it’s competing with free options). Developer is also very responsive over email and readily accepts to feedback). Well done, kudos to the developer. Only feature I wish for is that the app can simply create cards and add to Apple wallet and lets me delete the app until I need to add more cards. Maybe an iOS limit and the developer is already looking into it. I personally don’t like having both Apple wallet and another app keeping the same set of loyalty cards. It’s duplication of function and I like to reduce app clutter, keep my life more focused on more important things instead of spending time managing mobile apps and I want to reduce screen time. Kudos to the developer.

I found this app when searching for a replacement for Stocard. The app is amazing and has much better features. Not to mention it seems to have a much better pace of development. One of the things I wasn’t looking forward to doing was migrating data from stocard, but the barcodes devs made that super simple! I just took a screenshot of the card in Stocard and then imported it from my photos into barcodes. 95%+ of the time barcodes not only read the number correctly, but also selected the correct loyalty program logos! The other times it didn’t work 100%, it still got the number correct, and I simply had to pick from a list of “suspected” loyalty programs. I think in one case I had to search for the loyalty program to select it. This process is so well thought out and you get that type of thoughtfulness throughout the app too! I decided to purchase the app to support the developer.

I was unhappy with the previous app I was using when I read an article recommending Barcodes. It is an excellent replacement for the other app. It has a clean, uncluttered interface that does one job very well.

This is a great replacement for Storcard without giving up your personal data to the highest bidder.

Downloaded it with high hopes, added three cards and got pushed to the pay version. Deleted.

Awesome app and awesome dev ! 10/5 stars

If it is, I will update to 5 stars. I loved Stocard for years. Unfortunately they merged with Klarna, which is terrible. I needed an app with Apple Watch compatibility plus an Apple Watch complication. I tried several others, no luck. This one seems to work very well. Fingers crossed. It is great on the watch, using a barcode complication. Now I have to actually use it in a store. Will update soon. Worked beautifully.

Loving the app so far. It’s a fair price for lifetime access. The interface is simple, elegant, and easy to use. I requested a new brand logo to be added to their database and it was done in less than a day. Everything is exactly what I want!

No good replacement for Stocard if you have more then 3 cards :(
