## BaroWatch Barometer Description

• Full privacy — no cloud, no servers, no tracking, no ads
• Works offline — measurements keep running in the background
• Open standard unit — hectopascals (hPa), the unit pilots and meteorologists use

• Lock Screen widgets in Inline, Circular and Rectangular

Alerts
• Local notifications when pressure changes rapidly

• Adjustable observation windows (15 min to 3 h) and repeat cooldowns

Multi-device sync

• iPhone ↔ iPad: peer-to-peer over local Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, paired with a 6-digit code
• No internet connection required

Background refresh
• Optional background location keeps the barometer running while you walk, drive or sleep
• Smart wake-up whenever your Apple Watch syncs

Privacy by design
• Pressure and altitude data stay on your device
• No analytics, no third-party SDKs, no ads
• GPS altitude lives in memory only — your exact position is never stored
