Useless app

After confirming an order and waiting for it, I call the customer service and they declare that they canceled the order because the driver advised that he called and we told him there is no order!!! The restaurant did not even validate with us and this never happened… And after that they kept transferring me from agent to another and in vain… never ordering ever again…

The live chat does not respond to you You can’t review your order even if it comes uncooked 😅 You can’t change the delivery location if there are items in the bag so imagine the hassle if you’re ordering for the whole office and want to change the location before submitting the order and losing the 20 items in the bag. Rating 2 stars for the nice food pictures just to be generous 😊

Along with being an amazing restaurant and bakery, with the launch of this new app, bartartine just got better and better. Really smooth, fast and accurate. You can even track your order and pay online if you’re sending it as a gift! Really love the features 😍 best of luck ❤️
