Before I got this app I was having panic/anxiety attacks at least three times a month now when I get upset anxious or panicked I can use this app. I love this app for its calming white noise and soothing backgrounds. This app really makes everything be, well okay.

I can across this when looking for anxiety trackers. Best download I’ve ever done! This has calming noises, panic attack tracker, and a place where you can import photos that make you happy. My favorite feature is they have breathing intervals and you can personalize it to fit what works best for you. Totally recommend and it’s free!!!

I know it may be kinda weird and I know you may be saying, “it’s just an app telling you to breathe right” well that’s not all, you can completely customize the color of the breath in, hold, whale circle and everything else to a color that you like or a color that relaxes you, you can also customize the amount of time you spend breathing in, holding it, and exhaling so you can pick the time length that help you the most, However that’s not it, there is also a section we’re you can select some pictures that make you smile and whenever your sad or frustrated you can just go there we’re your selected pictures are located and scroll through them to put a smile on your face, and in this section with the picture you can also add a contact that you call when your stressed, bored or when you even want to just call someone you love, so in the app there will always be a call button and with two clicks you can be calling your family member, friend or whoever that makes you less stressed or brings you joy!!:) so I definitely recommend this app😎😊

Hello I am 12 yrs old and I just downloaded your app and I have no regrets this app is simple which s really good for when I have attacks because it is hard to do things to the simplicity of this app is perfect and I love that you added a call button which was really helpful and the calming pictures is perfect so now I have everything in one app and I think this app is just perfect along with the calendar feature to log them I used to journal them and that was really hard so now that I have it on my phone and can bring it everywhere is just perfect and I’m so thankful you created such a wonderful app😊

it would be nice to have “rapid heartbeat” in the symptoms list, and a few more sound options (such as rain sounds). the photos are a bit glitchy and dont always upload, which is  mildly frustrating, but all in all, this is a nice app and the breathing exercises did calm me down

A perfect on demand break.
One request:  add audio cues for the breaths.  Kinda like the Apple breathe app.

This is a great app to create your own safe space on your phone. Soothing sounds, breathing exercises, a speed dial feature to get help, and a gallery to keep photos you love. It’s simple but it does what it says it will. There’s also a calendar function if you want to track your attacks. 

The only additions I’d suggest would be more sounds (I use the waves currently but honestly rain helps me most) and some kind of night mode/darker theme.
