Horší seznamovací aplikaci jsem ještě neviděla. Nejde tam nic mazat. Nastavíte si tam věk partnera a pak vás otravují muži přes 50, i když tam máte nastaveno, že věk partnera je max 43 let. Podpora vůbec nekomunikuje. Hrozná aplikace. Nikdy více.

Nejprve Vás nalakaji na měsíční vyzkoušení za par korun. Zrušit se to po 14 dnech od aktivace dá pouze písemne vypovednim formularem. Jinak automaticky prodlužují a strhavaji co tři měsíce 2240,- z karty.

Požadovat zrušení členství pouze formou dopisu nebo faxu (!) adresované do jiné země je z právního hlediska nepřiměřený požadavek. Za prokazatelnou formu výpovědi se považuje např. emailový kontakt společnosti. Pokud společnost záměrně znemožňuje vypovězení smlouvy (nefunkční email, nefunkční proklik, schování odkazu nebo nepřehledné umístění apod.), nemůže se dožadovat toho, že právní vztah nebyl ze strany spotřebitele řádně ukončen. V případě nevyřešení situace v mimosoudním řešení sporů se lze obrátit na Evropské spotřebitelské centrum. Samotný Apple bohužel reklamaci neumožňuje - poskytuje pouze možnost kontaktovat výrobce a odkaz je t.č. nefunkční. Další možností je platbu jako neoprávněnou reklamovat u banky.

This app is absolutely unusable. Slow, eating battery, just minimized browser which is not working properly. This is not the app, this is nothing. They have a lot of money and nothing is inovated. And at least... you have to pay for almost every function. As I can see, when you are trying to find your love and not have much time, then you’ll have to pay alot of money for that.  Hell yes, the love is very good bussiness in this time. Sorry guys.

Pred použitím aplikácie si pogooglite a prečítajte recenzie ľudí, ktorí nepozornostou prišli o tisíce. Zrušenie účtu je disciplína sama o sebe, nestačí deaktivácia, ale musíte im poslať sken vlastnoručne podpísanej výpovede alebo fyzicky dopis do Luxemburska. Appka je bez platby nepoužitelná, nič tam nevidíte.

Hlavně nic NEPLATIT! Pak hned účet deaktivovat podle návodu níže( snad postup časem naschvál nezmění).

Aplikace je absolutní tahač peněz a podvod. Dokonce si platí falešné recenze, které pak sponzoruje na fb. Přes jednu takovou jsem na tuto aplikaci narazil. Naštěstí jsem si přečetl recenze zde a nic neplatil.

Účet jsem následně urychleně deaktivoval. Navíc nejde ani deaktivovat podle jejich stupidního návodu na "help" - čili zasláním emailu na vypsanou adresu, ale musíte jít do nastavení(které najdete v profilu po kliknutí na svojí fotku) a v něm zcela na konci, pod informacemi o premiovém účtu, je malými, zcela obyčejnými písmeny, napsáno deaktivovat. Písmo nejde rozeznat od normálního, ale po kliknutí to opravdu je hypertextový odkaz pro deaktivaci.

Normálně bych se vůbec recenzí nezaobíral, ale tato nehorázná drzost, která jen stěží maskuje obyčejnou zlodějnu, mi nedala jinak.  

Jak je možné, že něco takového dále beztrestně funguje na apple store, je mi záhadou. Každopádně to je velmi negativní aspekt pro celý appstore a jeho integritu.

Zaplatíte premium a uz Vam strhavaji penize z karty dokud neposlete psany dopis do Lucemburska!
Subscribci zapnete pres net, ale uz nejde odhlásit přes internet. Podle mě protiprávní jednání.

Nechápu jak zde mohou tento podvod podporovat. Nalákají vás na členství za 149 kč a po třech měsících vám z účtu odejde 2400Kč. Poté účet nejde zrušit, chtějí v návodu zaslat dopis do Lucemburska a na emaily neodpovídají. Pak prý platby i vymáhají . Bojuji se zrušením už týden. Zatím marně . Je to ostuda pro appstore!!!!
