### *---- "Be extremely careful – my money disappeared"
I transferred €220 through Beans over a week ago and the money never came back. After multiple emails and messages, I’ve received vague replies or no response at all.

Beans claims to offer a reliable service, but once something goes wrong, you’re on your own!!!!!. No proper support, no real accountability, no escalation path. I contacted my bank and even they can’t guarantee recovery.

At this point, my money is in limbo and no one is taking responsibility. If you’re considering using this app to send money – think twice.

Can’t use a service where the sign up flow is broken. Went to the extent of calling my network provider but no issues on their end. I guess if this is fixed I could update my review.

Simple app and is probably very useful but there is no option for £ sterling!
Is this likely to be available in the future?
Rated 5 stars because I like the concept, but until I see £pounds or XLM is more widely used I don’t have any use for it.
