Since COVID they have made some positive changes. The previous version was so difficult to make a check deposit because the camera auto pic was inoperable and it would take so many attempts to submit the deposit that I had to set aside time once a month to make my deposits. Now, it takes the picture automatically and I submit it once and it is accepted the first time. No more taking and retaking and denied denied for umpteen times before finally, accepting the deposit and oftentimes I’d get denied so many times with great pictures, that I’d give up and try again another day. Frustrating!? Heck yeah! So this is a HUGE BENEFIT to have corrected this problem in the new version. AND using this app for Easy deposits, easy bill payment and easy Zelle access and immediate information is always available. And I have not one time had fraud detected in my account. Never had a becu card duplicated, and never had any accounts accessed by hackers or other bad actors. Not once in the five years I’ve had a BECU Account. This happened regularly with BOA. And, instead of paying $300 per year in $25 per month fees, I’ve actually BEEN PAID to use BECU for my banking needs! Yes it’s only $20 , but my balances are low, and it’s money COMING IN MY account and not money going OUT every month! Huge win! So much so, that I spread the word to my friends and family, just like my family member suggested I leave the BoA fees and fraud problems behind and switch to BECU.
