Hello! I love this app & so far I’ve had it for only two days and it works soooo well! I don’t scroll on tiktok as much anymore but i wish you could set at least two app intentions for free. I hate how you can only do one app because that isn’t even going to do anything. But other than that the app is so good and I recommend!
was fine before the random notifications. seems kinda predatory. the reason people download the app is to better themselves and take the first step, but the tone of the messages seem to punch down. i could almost see the idea, but it’s not executed very well. ex: “Your screen time is higher than your bank balance” “Breaking: Local person discovers life exists beyond screen” “Scientists confirm: Grass still exists outside” “Thanks to you, a tech CEO just added a helipad to their helipad”
I like the app a lot it has restricted my screen time A LOT. But there is limited things that I can do because of the “premium.” But it still works nice.
You cannot block individual apps. When I unblock an entire category in the app and then start a session, I still can’t access apps that are in the category. I must go back to the app and stop the entire session to access an app in the category that I marked as unblocked in the session settings. It just doesn’t work. Look elsewhere for an app that will help you reduce your screen time. This one is not it.
Good app but chill with the crazy messages
Absolute waste of money. None of the functions work correctly. Insane amount of notifications for settings that you can’t change. Or if you think you’ve changed it - guess again open the app and it still hasn’t changed. The app freezes itself and other apps on their Lock Screen without prompt or setting. I’ve experienced so many bugs & frustrations with this app. I’ve reached out multiple times with no response and no fix to the problems. Totally feeling scammed.
This app really help me when my screen time was up to eight hours to get it down to two hours I recommend this app to anyone who has sleepy eyes or is tired in the morning. Be there on their phone or even just on their phone for a couple of hours a day. my goal is trying to get to get one hour a day.

Saw a very convincing add on Instagram. I struggle with phone addiction and want something to help. App seemed perfect. I received two notification from this app while not looking at the phone at all. One prompting me to invite someone else and another telling me I was “running out of braincells”. If the whole point is to stop me from using my phone, why and I getting push notifications unprompted?
