BeReal is the simplest photo-sharing app where you and your friends post once a day to show what you’re really up to.

Always buggy: captions not showing, bereals not saving, not getting a notification, etc. Quite disappointed.

My captions always get deleted, and it has not been fixed during the 2 years I’ve been using the app.

I love the concept of the app. But I hate that it’s slow and full of ads. It always closes itself. I loved the old app back in the day. I prefered to swipe between each person bereals and not scrolling through it.

I understand that ads are necessary but I would pay a subscription to remove them. Why is there no option for this? It’s really annoying, it’s possible in most of tha apps.

I’ve been using bereal for a long time on my iphone 13 and in the past 6 months It’s been laggy and bunch of my bereals i took i had to take it again bc the whole app froze and 9/10 times my phone frozes when I open bereal and I keep my phone clean, once year I restore it

It keeps getting worse and worse, unethical practices, addictive features, intrusive ads. It used to be good. I’d rather use Instagram instead, and that’s not great either. I liked BeReal because it was simpler than Instagram, but they keep overcomplicating it. Now, I can’t even view multiple friends’ photos on one screen, and they’ve removed features I enjoyed.

Csak azért írok feedbacket, hogy ne basztasson az appstore. Amúgy aki kitalálta hogy minden harmadik poszt után reklám jöjjön, annak sajnálom az anyját, hogy ilyen embert szült. 

(Nem kérek erre a posztra visszajelzést a fejlesztőktől, ez kizárólag trollkodásból készült. Meg a fentebbi ok miatt.)

The app is not anymore the one which I loved. Full with ads, the tile view isn’t available anymore, it chrushes all the time and as it sends the notification you have only a few seconds left and not 2 minutes. And the app updates do not solve anything.

I remember the original purpuse of the app was to create a social media that is different from the mainstream ones by not allowing ads to disturb users, realistic posting etc.

Since Voodoo bought bereal for more than 500 million $ the app had the biggest downgrade.
They changed the app and made it completely against the original promises of Bereal.

They betrayed the users…
