Impossible from two different accounts. The process on iOS 18.2 via Yahoo mail and Gmail takes me through Safari, which I never normally use, into the app environment. The email I receive doesn’t actually state “follow the link to verify your email address “; it says to log in through the link and follow instructions, which leads back to the same rigmarole.
