I made my account early today and instantly put 100 euro on a bet involving the Croatia vs Albania game. Once Albania scored I tried to cash out on my bet, when I clicked cash out I was logged out of my account. I didn’t think much of it and tried to log back in and got a message saying “we couldn’t recognise your details” this led me to making a new password and got the same message again once making this password. I tried getting customer service with their live chat and it was a chat bot that couldn’t input my scenario, I also tried to email the customer service email and my attempts would not send for some reason ( I have never had a problem sending an email before). I was then panicked because I needed to cash out as I can’t risk losing the full €100 so I rang the customer service number and the recording on the line said to “use the live chat and email as they cannot take phone call at the moment”.
