This app is the worst app. Complete scam. If you enjoy losing money then this app is for you. Terrible bonuses, you rarely win anything. You would have a better chance at finding big foot then actually winning money on this site. Maybe once out of every 4 months does this app pay people out. All my friends deleted this app because it’s nearly impossible to win anything. So if you enjoy watching your money burn, then this is the app for you. But other then that I have never been paid out once from this app and neither have any of my friends. Take this advice, find another app this app is a complete scam. I wouldn’t waste my time writing this message if it weren’t. Good job Betano keep up the scams!! If I ever want to donate money I’d be sure to log into this terrible scam of an app. I’d rather walk on glass then be on this app. Thank god I scammed this app in getting my money back and more 😂😂 and I showed all my friends. Have fun losers. And PS customer support doesn’t help at all they barely respond. please do not download this app. SCAMMMM

Deposit $300 place two bets $146 each, the exact same bet -115 twice in a row. $292 pending on -115. The money is already out of my balance and bets were accepted. The bets win and the only pay me out ONCE, so now my BALANCE for winning TWO bets at -115 with 292$ is now $280. They didn’t let ONE bet “go through “ apparently but confirmed the bets and took my money. SO for winning two bets and a starting balance of $300 I now lost money for winning two bets. They’re holding the original money i wagered ALSO. Thieves. Was on hold with the customer service chat waiting to talk to someone ONLY VIA TEXT BOX for 45 mins and all he said was “I’ll forward the issue” Zero phone to call, nothing. So far it’s not looking so good, look else where. EDIT: They responded to this review saying contact customer support and they’ll be happy to assist me but CANT respond to the 4 emails I sent over the last 5 days with screen shots showing the proof that they stole my money. Pathetic scam

UI is terrible and extremely buggy. Not to mention that they removed bonuses daily which mostly didn’t work as you would get bonuses to their goofy games like gates of Olympus and Betano bonanza. This is why I love fanduel and why they will be my bookie. Powerful UI, amazing support, and a simple layout. The Betano team should take notes.

Watch out for this book, if you win and start making withdrawals your account will get restricted and no one will be able to tell you the reason why…terrible customer service! Stay away!!

They have some good odds for sure and I enjoyed playing here but I got limited to $1 bet after I won a few bets (only a few hundred dollars)…
