I deposited $300 to take advantage of the deposit bonus, and after placing my first bet, my account was limited. Now, I have $975 in my account, but I'm unable to meet the wagering requirements, which means I can't withdraw my funds. Their employees are incompetent, Sanele specifically was terrible and doesn’t deserve her job in live support. Will make it my mission to ensure that no one gets scammed from them again.

I was trying to place a bet on baccarat, an error occurred and they just took my money and it did not place the bet, would absolutely never put money into this app again

This book has many red flags. First, when you get the welcome bonus, their rules state you have to turn it over 10 times; however they make you do it 30x in 7 days. I took a screen shot of their own rules, but they don’t care (I’ll mention support later). BUT GET THIS the turnover amount requirement for the bonus rises each time you win. It is LITERALLY impossible to win the bonus. Again I have screen shots of it going up. Support - good luck. Support is hard to reach. It’s all chat and they repeat the same thing when you say you have screenshots of what’s going on - they say each bonus has its own requirements.. I said I know, I have the rules saved ….. they just repeat themselves. DO NOT USE THIS BOOK!! Finally, you can’t see a history of transactions that include betting and balance. I have not been given the funds of a win and it’s been 48 hours. I’m not talking about a withdrawal, I’m talking about the winnings being added to your balance. This is intentional to create another obstacle for the betting requirement that needs to be achieved in 7 days. This is fraud and a scam. SERIOUSLY!!

My withdrawal haven’t been sent since December 16 and I can’t contact live support it’s so bad and it takes so long for a withdrawal to come that if it’s gonna come

There is absolutely no help if Betway doesn’t pay you out of the player you bet on gets injured they steal your money. Go to there competitors like bet 365 Sleeper Roobet. All of these are much more helpful apps. Bet at your own risk but if a problem occurs kiss your money goodbye.

They steal your money from you when they screw up and pay you out for a wrong outcome because their app sucks. I remember why I quit using them years ago. Still the same crappy app and crappy software and they love taking their money away from you. Definitely worth 0/5 stars but a solid 5/5 middle fingers.

Simply the best betting app!

Just as of today have I gotten a answer from customer support that my bet was voided although I had won it, but they won’t give me the money and mark the bet as won and multiple times I speak to agents they just leave out of nowhere during the conversation, this app is a scam, please do not download for your own sanity .
