I’m really impressed by this App, been using it for a few months and have really enjoyed my training, following the focussed programmes. The workouts are all around 1 hour generally but you can just do as much as you want to tailor it to the time you have. It’s got great workouts that track your progress and let you personalise. My only issues with it are tech things that could probably be fixed but haven’t been for at least a year. Firstly, you can record your weight (that you’re lifting) in kg and lbs, but on your progress it doesn’t convert convert between them so the 3 workouts I recorded in lbs are stuck at my best even though I’m lifting heavier in kg now. Just a bit annoying, not a major issue. The other annoying thing is every time I open the app it tries to get me to turn on notifications. Every single time. Otherwise a great app! Beyond has given me the motivation to be consistent enough for the last year and half. The results speak for themselves! The most disappointing part is that I had this app 3 years ago and had the exact same issues so they haven’t been addressed in this time.
