The expense functionality has not been working properly since Aug. Receipts don’t load and the app just kicks back to the Home Screen

Downloaded the app because my relocation expert advised me to but after the download it generates and error dialog and app cant even open.

It hasn’t been working lately for weeks

My employer is using BGRS. I have to use them on monthly bases for my travel compensation. It initially used to work, lately not so much. It was easy to use it. Please fix it.

Cannot login lol

Unable to log in. Like other users I get ghost characters upon initial login attempt, even after clearing the fields and using both Face ID and manual input of credentials, I get a login error. App hasn’t worked in months at this point. Why have it if there’s no support?

One of the most dysfunctional apps I have encountered. This does not help the BGRS image. I deleted the app shortly after trying it.

Can’t login by just opening the app and entering login info. The curser in the username starts several character spaces to the right. Login will never work unless you backspace to place the curser to the far left where it should be by default. After that login will work. And still no Face ID??? Amazing!!!

I haven’t been able to log into this app for over a month. Just keeps saying there’s a problem with the login.

If I could give this app a zero star I would. There is no fingerprint scan or face ID for login. The app rarely lets you login even when you have to put the information in manually. It is extremely slow at not user-friendly. Terrible!!!’
