Big Chicken Restaurant

I love coming here for one thing the chicken grilled cheese when I found out it’s leaving the menu I was not happy this item should stay would have been a five star review other then that but when that leaves I won’t be back

So I can only “order online” from the app. App never loads. Also, how is this place not called Chicken Shaq?!

I love Big Chicken but the only thing about this app that bugs me is that they don’t have a Glendale, California in their location when there is one currently next to the Glendale Americana which is where I usually go to. Can they fix the app and add that location so I can pick up my future orders? Thanks!

I went to the new one in carson city nv . The restaurant is good the food is good . The bar is lacking service

I was using the “Big Chicken” app to order a shake from the Mukilteo WA store. After placing order and paying the app stated “provide your name or order number to the attendant at the drive-through window when you arrive” I pulled up to window and told him my name. He stated he could not give me my order at the window because it was out of policy. I showed him the app and what it said, still no shake. I escalated and told him I wanted a refund and that I would never come to a Big Chicken again! Then my shake was handed out. That was completely unnecessary and very rude. Disappointed is an understatement. Training opportunities
