No sign-up. Your clients, catalog, and documents live on this device. INVOICES THAT LOOK ESTABLISHED Pick a client, add lines from your catalog, preview the PDF, share. Twelve layouts — Classic, Modern, Minimal, Bold, Trades, Elegant, Studio, Corporate, Ledger, Boutique, Executive, and Devanagari — with your logo, accent colour, font pair, and signature. ESTIMATES THAT BECOME INVOICES Send a quote with a valid-until date. When the client says yes, mark it accepted and convert it — all the lines or only the ones they approved. RECEIPTS ON THE SPOT Money already changed hands? Issue a receipt and hand it over. No balance to chase. KNOW WHAT YOU ARE OWED One Outstanding card on Home shows overdue and billed-this-month at a glance. Attention rows surface overdue invoices, accepted estimates you have not billed, and estimates about to expire. PAYMENTS, INCLUDING THE MESSY ONES Record full or partial payments. A CATALOG YOU BUILD ONCE Save services, hours, days, pieces, or square feet with prices, tax rates, and photos. Import with CSV. Raise or round many prices at once with Bulk price. CLIENTS IN ONE PLACE Import from your contacts, merge duplicates, and see each client's outstanding balance and full history. RECURRING INVOICES Set a rule — weekly, monthly, or every N days — and Billzy drafts the next invoice for you to review and send.
