HOW TO PLAY PINOCHLE
Binocle combines skills such as mental arithmetic, strategy, and memory. A double deck consisting of 48 playing cards in four suits is in use. You play by trick-taking and melding. The latter means announcing card combinations, the melds, which are assigned specific scores. After dealing, there is an auction for the "Kitty" consisting of 4 cards. Players bid values equal to the scores they want to achieve by melding their cards and taking tricks in the course of the game. If you win the auction, it is on: Now you play and must reach your value!
