Daily joy
Been hooked for nearly a month now… beautifully illustrated game that teaches you about different bird species. Gets harder & harder to collect melodia without spending real money though!
Notifications, please!
This game is another truly beautiful game by Kiwi company Runaway. Bird Kind is one of their Conservation Awareness style game, where you collect various species based on a theme. So far, Runaway have made this style of game in 4 variations: Reef, Butterflies, Moths, & now Birds. I really enjoy the art style, the beautiful collections, learning about new birds, & the chill soundtrack. The only niggle I have with this game is the way the Sprout Garden event works - & this niggle exists in the other games where this event is present. The idea is, you plant some seeds, they grow, you harvest them. Rinse, repeat. The cycle is 2 hours (or 90 min if you watch the ads). The problem? No notifications. I have to set timers on my watch & other devices to remember to check the garden, because the game won’t tell me anything! There is no other event across all of Runaway’s games that leaves you in the dark like this. Please, please, Runaway, I need those notifications! I hope other people will gain as much from this game as I already have. The Swordbill Hummingbird is a particular favourite of mine already!
