BlackBerry Work delivers a personalized business experience. See your colleagues’ photos in your email. View online availability to chat everywhere you work - in email, a calendar event and on their contact card – a capability unique to BlackBerry. Quickly navigate among your business apps using Launcher. Switch easily between composing an email, adding a contact, or scheduling a calendar event with quick action buttons. And always know that your personal privacy is protected without intrusive geo-location capabilities. 

Simple app navigation:
• Launcher: Simplify multi-tasking and app navigation with easy switching between your email, calendar, contacts, app settings and other BlackBerry apps.
• Quick actions: Work smarter with quick action buttons to compose an email, schedule a meeting or add a contact.
• Contextual file actions: Choose the right actions for your documents – edit, annotate, save, print, sign, etc. based on the other BlackBerry-secured apps installed on your device

I loved it, I could see what email I got without grabbing my phone or needing and extra hand, then an updated rolled out. Now it shows the icon and I need a 2nd hand to scroll and see who the email’s from, almost makes it not worth having on my watch.

The badges don’t work at all. Say I have 10 new emails show in badges in the morning. I open the app and view emails and the badge total clears. Then every time I get emails throughout the day those emails add to the 10 from the morning total and I could end up at 100 emails at the end of the day. I could have read all of those emails on my desktop and even deleted some and that total keeps adding up. I had a badge count of 500+ last week before they miraculously cleared! Now they are starting all over again. It’s ridiculous!

Please considering separating alerts for new mail from alerts for upcoming events.  I reduce too many emails each day to have my Apple Watch or phone vibrate every time I receive an email. I do like to have that alert for a reminder of an upcoming meeting.  Would be great if you could select which feature has an alert.

CONSTANT issues. And whenever there’s an issue the only fix is to delete and redownload the app, which involves calling my company help desk and getting a super long login keys and then resetting all the preferences in the app (like why ON EARTH are the fonts different on mobile???)

Not a very well thought out app.  The widget for Apple shows only 2 or 3 when there is tons of room to show more.  Instead they give you blank space.  Tasks are a separate app.  This app gives you the bare minimum functionality.

I’ve been forced to use this for years now because of my company.  It literally never works.  I’ve had it on 5 different iPhones now, didn’t work on any of them.  Countless versions, doesn’t work.  Emails load MAYBE 50% of the time.  App crashes constantly.  This company deserves to be bankrupt.

Feature request to improve app functionality:  Please build in a multiple signature feature that can be either based upon an internal or external recipient domain. When sending to external parties, I have to remove my mobile, private line, etc. Understanding it’s two different systems, but Outlook allows this. Please incorporate. Thanks.
