التطبيق سيئ !؟ السبب: المحتويات بما فيها من تقديم الطلبات و تقديم البلاغات جميعها في قسم واحد.. يجب تحسين التطبيق بحيث يتم تحديد تقديم الطلبات في قسم خاص ، و تحديد تقديم البلاغات في قسم اخر وشكراً

Let’s try to sum it up: 1- not loading properly (specially the sign in page) 2- can’t connect to UAEPass, even though I get approval from their app 3- if I am signing up through my emirates ID why do I need to enter all of my personal information again? 4- the app looks like a website not an app 5- not compatible with IPads, I used it because I can’t log in through my IPhone 6- I want to request a map of my plot. But I simply can’t because I need to connect with UAEPass. Though the sign up required my full detail and national ID ! 7- the navigation of this service request its not clear! For a loot of reasons - first the loading of the page - second the information you get from makani or the plot number are not unified - third when the map is loading you have to click on the plot image and there is no indication that I have to do that I discovered by coincidence - fourth after ALL this hassle I found the right button but I can’t complete the service because I need UAEPASSS!! Which I have but its not connecting - there is even no way after you sign in to connect it, which means I have to sign out and in again!!!! really this is torture, its not normal….I just want my map I shouldn't be going through all of this :(((

I have another application called "ServiceMarket". After I login successfully in UAE pass, it opens the other application not DM!

The app crashes, the app main loading page if only few big picture related to payment with bad design…. I couldn’t make a simple payment so I had to send my driver to DM office who then was sent to alansari exchange to make a simple payment. I could also request for the title deed for a land parcel….

The website doesn’t let you upload pictures and you can’t proceed without uploading a picture. Too many questions asked as well for a simple service. Can be improved.

The app is not working properly issues with login and not properly integrating with UAE pass . I can’t proceed and being back and forth with customer service for over a week
