However even after payment was done, an error occurred on their end and my in-game crystals were not credited to my account. Instead, they asked me to write in to apple store to rectify their own mistakes. Very bad customer service. I highly recommend not to top up the bigger values as those are the ones that gets buggy and causes a lot of hassle later on to rectify. So after all that, Even if you just want to collect characters just cos you like the manga, they make too many new characters too quickly, and these characters are only available for 1 week at most. So even if you wanna get them at a later time, it’s not possible anymore as they are limited edition characters. Too focused on making new characters just to earn easy money, so gameplay has hardly improved.
