I used to love this app, but unfortunately, I now feel scammed almost every time I use it.

Having bikes available around the city is extremely convenient, but the service unfortunately isn’t what it used to be.

Several times, after unlocking a bike, I’ve realised a couple of minutes into my journey that the bike was not in good condition. At that point, I’ve already started my journey and have to deal with the inconvenience of finding another bike.

More frustratingly, 8 times out of 10, when I finish my journey, the app starts lagging or doesn’t properly register that I’ve ended the ride. I’ve ended up being charged for additional time or wasting a significant amount of time trying to end the journey correctly.

Finally, I was recently charged €15 for not parking the bike in an appropriate location. I understand the reasoning behind this policy, and I have no issue with being reminded of the parking rules. However, being charged €15 without any clear warning or notification beforehand feels extremely unfair and, honestly, like a scam.

The customer support experience hasn’t helped either. On one occasion, when I was unable to end my journey because of the app, it took 28 hours for support to get back to me.

I really hope the company improves the reliability of the app and, more importantly, its customer service. I genuinely used to love using this service, which makes the current experience even more disappointing.

I always have problems locking the bike or unlocking it because the app or the bikes are really bad or sometimes all the time when I want to go somewhere or I’m in a rush I’ll always get late to a destination because the bike problem will not unlock or I’ll have issue loking when the bike is in the  parking zone  plsss fix this issues

Bikes are really good and after the upgrade the app is working great, unfortunately the electric bikes are limited to a really small area, quite useless if you think that normally you’d use an electric bike for longer distances. Anyway, will stick to Moby, although that one isn’t good either
