Blue Light Card

Blue light card used to be really good when it came to getting discounts for those who came under emergency services etc, but since opening their doors to a wider workforce the discounts are either reducing or slowly disappearing. Also the App is bad, you are not able to save favourites anymore plus searching for a company is a pain. Their DDS app is much better.

A lot of the offers you can only use online and for so many you have to pre buy vouchers to get the discount and it’s not worth the hassle. Most are 5-7% so just not worry it.

It won’t let me type in the email or password boxes. So can’t login. Bot was useless.

The app doesn’t seem to work a lot of the time and the tech department have no idea why. If this fails to allow you to log on, you have to use the main webpage.

Unable to sign in and no way of contacting help outside of a cyclical ai bot that doesn’t help

Terrible app, have to log in every time, Face ID doesn’t work, I’ve deleted the app and replaced it with a mobile bookmark.

This app was great and I used it all the time now all I get is the ‘Wheel of doom’ until it times out. It’s the same on the desktop. I’ve reloaded umpteen times and still nothing. Either fix it or return to the previous version. I contacted Bluelight about the issue on November 27th and still waiting for a response a month later. If I could give zero stars I would!

I gave up using my blue light card a few years ago then my colleague convinced me to get it again. Now you have to login twice to get your discount. Most of the time it says error. I don’t want to be in a shop when it says that. Surely you can make this easier to use ??

Uploaded the newest versions of this app multiple times in the past few weeks including yesterday but still freezing & doesn’t work. This app used to work perfectly, used it for over 2 years, never was an issue until BlueLight updated the app & now despite them trying to fix bugs & several new versions it still doesn’t work?! Please go back to the original version so I can actually use my blue light card again. Had to post on here as no way to contact Bluelight & can’t speak or email a human!

App is not working and I’ve not been able to generate any discounts for weeks now. My app is updated to the latest update but still not able to use it.
