### **--- "Frustrating Experience with Premium Subscription"
I’ve been using Bluecoins for a while, and while it has great features for managing finances, my recent experience with customer support has been frustrating. After purchasing the premium subscription on November 5, 2024, I had to uninstall the app due to frequent bugs. When I reinstalled it, there was no option to restore my previous purchase.

Hoping the app would recognize my prior payment, I clicked “Upgrade to Premium” again, only to be charged a second time. Despite reaching out to both Apple and the developer, I couldn’t get a refund or proper assistance.

The lack of a functional “restore purchases” option has made what should have been a smooth process unnecessarily stressful. I hope the developers will address this issue and improve their customer support in the future.

For users considering upgrading, I recommend being cautious to avoid the same frustrating experience.

I've been using it for 15 days Pros: Nice interface Cons: I noticed bugs from day 1: 
1. Not reliable -inaccurate totals so you have to review all transactions again and only way to correct it is if I edit one transaction label. What happens when you've been using it for a year? You need to review everything.
2. some categories cannot be deleted once created - so do the entries 
3. deleted entries pop-up in ghost categories
4. Keeps on crashing

A few bugs i’ve noticed. 

1) When checking the calendar for future net incomes, the transactions on record is stuck on the previous month. 

2) Fonts not aligned. Not sure if the app is meant to be reviewed on a bigger screen? I have a standard iPhone 15 and some texts aren't aligned at all for the categories.

### *---- "SO MUCH ISSUES PRICE NOT WORTH IT!!!"
I will list down all issues AND advice you to RUN AWAY immediately.

1. Setting your iCloud as the backup directory is not reliable! -- It will always give you a notifcation everyday that backup was succesfull when infact it wasn't actually saving. I horror I went through when I needed the back up and only the manual backups were available.

2. I renamed an Account and all of the transactions related to it suddently disappeared. The entire account itself disappeared.

3. Quick Sync only exacerbated the issue because even restoring from this backup offered no help.

4. Couple more issues I don't wanna waste my time writing down.

I purchased the paid version. So far the app is promising. My only problem is that it doesn’t sync between my devices. I used it in my iPad and iPhone but if does not sync even if I select the quicksync option. I hope they will update it to be automatically synced through devices :((
